Prior to this role, Kelly accumulated extensive experience at Petco from April 2014 to January 2021, progressing through various positions including Senior Manager of Merch Planning & Inventory, Merchandise Manager, Associate Merchandise Manager, Supervisor of Vendor Analytics, and Vendor Analyst. Earlier career experience includes roles as Customer Service Manager and Project Coordinator at The Upper Deck from August 2009 to August 2013. Kelly Walters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
