Advaith Anand

Advaith Anand currently serves as VP and Head of AI for Sports at RedBird Capital Partners, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Advaith worked at Palantir Technologies from August 2019 to February 2025, where roles included Enterprise Tech Lead, Engineering Hiring Manager, Technical Lead, and Forward Deployed Software Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Student Researcher position at MIT CSAIL under Professor John Guttag and internships at Palantir, Goldman Sachs, Aetion, Inc., Gelber Group LLC, and Cognitive Scale. Advaith graduated with a Master's in Engineering and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has also contributed to research on polymer membranes for gas separations.
