Jake Cohen

Jake is an Associate of the firm.

Previously, Jake was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore Partners, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and debt and equity financings in the Transportation and Infrastructure sectors. He began his career at Stifel as an Investment Banking Analyst advising companies on M&A and equity financings in the Healthcare Group.

Jake received a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
