Pierson Lesperance

Pierson Lesperance currently serves as an Associate at RedBird Capital Partners, focusing on the sports, media, and entertainment sectors since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Rothschild & Co. from August 2021 to June 2025, and participation in the Brown University Entrepreneurship Program as part of the Strategy Team from September 2019 to July 2021. Pierson also co-led the Brown International Scholarship Committee from September 2017 to July 2021, completed a summer analyst position at Rothschild & Co. in June 2020, and gained experience as a Business Development Intern at Warner Music Group in June 2019.
