Michael Zapata has worked in the engineering and customer service industries since 2016. Michael began their career at Machine Control Specialists, Inc., where they worked as a Customer Service & Programming specialist. In 2018, they joined Redbird Flight Simulations as a Technical Support Engineer, and also began working at Schwanog LLC as a Product Engineer.

Michael Zapata attended Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 2010 to 2012 and obtained an Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician.
