Josh Garwood

Josh Garwood is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in full-stack development and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at RedCap Automotive Technology since May 2016, Josh specializes in creating logistics solutions for the automotive industry. Previously, Josh co-founded Nobly, LLC, where responsibilities included implementing a REST API and developing mobile applications. At SPARC, LLC, as a Senior Software Engineer Lead, Josh managed a team of engineers on an Employee Engagement Platform and led major projects. As the Creator and CEO of The Game Effect, LLC, Josh established a successful community for gaming news and features. Josh's career began as a Platform QA Engineer at Blackbaud. Academically, Josh holds a BS in Computer Science from Appalachian State University, completed in 2005.
