Gustavo Anania Garib has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. In 1998, they had an internship at SULZER, TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION in Switzerland. In 2000, they were a Trainee at Repsol YPF in Spain. In 2001, they were a Management and Business Assistant Manager, Logistics at Repsol YPF in Argentina. From 2003 to 2006, they served in various roles at Repsol YPF, including Business Development. In 2006, they were a Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager, Customer Service at Movistar. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Subgerente Clientes at VTR. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Gerente Servicio al Cliente at Falabella. Since 2014, they have been the CEO (founder) of RedCapital, a Crowdfunding platform with focus in SMEs Loans on SouthAmerica.

Gustavo Anania Garib obtained an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2010, a Master in Energy (oil and gas) from ISE- Instituto Superior de Energia in 2001, an Industrial Engineer in Mecánica from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1998, and participated in an Exchange Program in Ingenieria at University of California, Los Angeles in 1997.
