Michael Gianesello has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, currently working in investments at Redcar Properties since May 2023. Prior to this, Michael served as an Analyst in Institutional Debt & Structured Finance at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2021 to April 2023, following a commercial real estate internship at Deutsche Bank in 2020. Michael's internship experiences include positions at Cushman & Wakefield focusing on equity, debt, and structured finance, as well as roles in brokerage and private wealth management at Morgan Stanley and Barclays. Michael holds a degree from UCLA, where attendance spanned from 2016 to 2020, and graduated from Greenwich High School in 2016.
