Karthika also worked as a Consultant at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd from February 2012 to May 2015, focusing on testing for Payplus at ANZ Bank. Early career experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from May 2008 to September 2011. Karthika holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Ram Engineering College.
