David Thain

David Thain is an experienced professional currently serving as a Director at Rubicom Ltd since June 2013, where responsibilities include writing, blogging, and internet advertising. Since May 2019, David Thain has been the Finance Portfolio Holder and Group Whip for Redditch Borough Council. Previously, David held the role of Cabinet Member for Change and Transformation at Worcestershire County Council from May 2010 to June 2013, and led the Global Industry Analyst Relations program at Cable & Wireless from May 2005 to September 2009.
