Riri Astrini

Riri Astrini has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Riri is currently working at RedDoorz as the People Operation Lead, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they held roles such as Human Resources at RedDoorz since March 2021 and Assistant People Operations Manager from April 2022 to June 2023. Before joining RedDoorz, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at PT Melilea International Indonesia from February 2018 to March 2021. Riri also has experience as an HR Payroll & Admin SPV at PT. BATIK DANAR HADI from August 2017 to February 2018 and in Human Resources at PT. Dua puluh FIT from May 2015 to August 2017. Riri has also worked as a Recruitment Officer at PT. Sinergi Inti Pelangi from December 2013 to May 2015, HR Administrator at PT. Indo Stationeri Ritel Utama in April 2012, and as a Demonstrator at PT. Emway Globalindo from June 2011 to December 2011.

Riri Astrini obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Terbuka between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Bina Sarana Informatika Salemba from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued Business Administration and Management studies.
