Mitchell Penticoff

Mitchell Penticoff has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations and Market Manager at Reddy Ice since October 2019. Previously, Mitchell held various roles at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC from April 2010 to September 2019, including Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager. Prior to that, experience as a Freight Conductor at Union Pacific Railroad spanned from August 2006 to April 2010. Early career roles included General Manager at Zarb Electronics and Service Advisor at Fairview Ford, with additional experience as Field Service Manager at Zarb Electronics. Mitchell is an alum of Eastern Michigan University.
