Daniel Heimann

Daniel Heimann, MBA, serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Wind River Environmental since October 2025. Previously, Daniel held the position of Vice President Operations at United Site Services from December 2022 to May 2025. Daniel's extensive experience includes roles as Plant Productivity Manager at Graham Packaging in 2022, Director of Operations at Essentra from 2020 to 2021, and various leadership positions at O-I from 2012 to 2020, where significant transformations in operational performance were achieved through Lean Manufacturing and employee engagement. Daniel's career also features senior operational roles at Waste Management from 1990 to 2012, overseeing multiple recycling facilities with full P&L responsibilities and enhancing business performance. Daniel holds an MBA in Operations Management from Saint Xavier University and a BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
