Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeremy currently works at Rede Partners LLP as the Head of Impact. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Advisor at the same company. In 2019, they joined SYSTEMIQ Ltd. as a Senior Advisor in Private Equity. Jeremy is also involved in various environmental and energy-related initiatives. Jeremy co-founded CDP, a global environmental reporting system, and served as the Co-Founder, Trustee, and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Jeremy was also a Co-Founder and Advisor at Berkeley Energy, a private equity firm focused on renewable energy in developing markets. Additionally, they played a significant role as the Founder Member of the Steering Committee at the Ibiza Preservation Foundation. Throughout their career, Jeremy has held roles such as Co-Founder at Disciple Media, Investment Committee Member at GP Bullhound, Vice President at Tersus Energy, and worked in European Equities at Gartmore. Jeremy started their career in the International M&A Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Jeremy Smith completed their education at three prestigious institutions. Jeremy started with their schooling at Eton College from 1987 to 1992. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European History at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1996. Jeremy later advanced their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the London Business School, completing the program between 2002 and 2004.
