Matthew Sylva has a strong background in private capital advisory, currently serving at Rede Partners LLP since May 2021, where focus areas include GP-led secondary financing and strategic equity solutions, particularly within the Technology and Healthcare sectors. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Renevo Capital Limited in TMT M&A and capital raising from August 2019 to May 2021, and completed a summer internship in strategy consulting at Roland Berger in August 2016. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Science from the University of Oxford, obtained in 2019.
