Peter Hasko

Peter Hasko has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Peter has held executive positions in various organizations, including RedEarth Energy Storage Ltd, where they served as a Non-Executive Director, previously serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they directed the organization's growth and oversaw financial reporting activities.

Peter also served as the Executive Chairman of Luxury Beverage Group, a leading importer of premium wines to Australia. In this role, they represented numerous producers from multiple countries and ensured the company's reputation for excellence.

Additionally, Peter served as a Director for Knewe Biosystems Ltd., where they created and executed strategies in compliance with governance standards and directed the company's management team for performance excellence.

Peter revitalized Bondi Junction Private Hospital as the Executive Chairman by implementing cost control measures, replacing underperforming managers, and negotiating the sale of the hospital to enhance profitability.

Peter's experience also includes serving as the Regional Director for the Harvard Alumni Association, where they led alumni engagement programs in the Asia-Pacific region and participated in global fundraising efforts.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Wolseley Private Equity, they raised significant capital and managed investments in businesses with domestic and international growth opportunities in the services and manufacturing sectors.

Peter's experience also extends to the nonprofit sector, where they served as a Director for The Westmead Institute for Medical Research, contributing to fundraising efforts for a new research facility.

Peter served as the Chief Executive Officer of AgriLink Co, a water management technology company focused on irrigation optimization for agriculture. In this role, they raised capital and established international distribution channels.

Peter's international experience also includes their role as the Managing Director International at Frucor Beverages, where they led the launch and expansion of the 'V' energy drink worldwide, achieving market leadership and a significant return-on-investment through the sale of the company.

Prior to their executive positions, Peter worked at Bain & Company as a Manager/Principal.

Peter Hasko completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2016, focusing on governance. Peter also attended the Stockholm School of Economics, where they pursued a degree in Civ Ek with a specialization in marketing and international business. Furthermore, Peter studied languages, particularly English, German, and Russian at Stockholm University. However, there is no specified start or end year for their education at Harvard Business School, where they participated in the Program for Management Development (PMD).
