Rafael Jeferson Moura de Souza

Rafael Jeferson Moura de Souza is a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving at Rede since November 2021. In the role of Product Manager II, Rafael oversees the Cadastro Rede product focusing on information quality and data democratization. Prior positions include Product Manager I at Rede, Product Owner at iti Itaú, and various roles at Itaú Unibanco and Abril, among others, with expertise in product design, API exposure, quality project management, and data analysis. Rafael holds an MBA in Digital Business from USP/Esalq and degrees in Strategic Project Management and Business Administration.
