Evelyn King Burroughs

Evelyn King Burroughs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in voice talent and nursing. Currently serving as a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist at Redeemer Presbyterian Church since November 2022, Evelyn also operates Evelyn Burroughs Voice Talent as a Voice Over Professional, a role held since April 2017. Previous work includes positions as a Voice Over Actor at ELB Learning and Voice Over Artist at CoreAxis Consulting, where project clients included Fidelity Investments and Thermo-Fisher Scientific. In addition to creative roles, Evelyn has significant nursing experience, having worked as a Pediatric Registered Nurse at MONUMENT AVENUE PEDIATRICS and in various nursing capacities at IMB, Virginia Women's Center, and local hospitals. Evelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia Tech and an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
