Jill Barlow

Jill Barlow has over 30 years of work experience, starting as an Assistant Vice President and Lead Actuarial Analyst at Stanley, Hunt, DuPree & Rhine, Inc. from 1993 to 2008. Jill then worked as the Director of Admissions at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they served as the Director of Spiritual Formation at First Presbyterian Church Houston from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2022, Jill worked at The Village Church as a Groups Minister, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing 200 coaches and leaders. Jill also served as a Business Consultant at Love & Norris | MinistrySafe from 2017 to 2020, providing leadership and direction for HR operations. Currently, Jill is the Director of Community and Care at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, starting in 2023.

Jill Barlow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Meredith College between 1989 and 1993. Jill further pursued higher education and completed their Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary from 2008 to 2011.
