Yael Swery יעל סווירי

Yael Swery has been working in the Human Resources field since 2017. Yael Swery started at Networx as Head of Human Resources and then moved to Hometalk in 2018 as Director of Organizational Development. In 2017, they also began working at Gevim Group as a Management and Mediation Coach, where they coached students in mediation and management development courses and helped them practice and implement various methods and guidelines in the mediation and management world. In 2022, Yael began working at Redefine in a dual role as Head of Human Resources.

Yael Swery obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Bar-Ilan University and a Master of Laws - LLM from Tel Aviv University. Yael Swery also attended Gevim Group (Magid Institute - The Hebrew University of Jerusalem) to study Mediation and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology to study Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
