Rafael Vieira

Rafael Vieira has extensive experience in the agricultural machinery and automation sectors, currently serving as Coordenador Geral de Serviços at Redemaq - Massey Ferguson since October 2014. In this role, Rafael coordinates service strategies across six business units, monitors productivity and efficiency indicators, and develops strategies to enhance team performance. Previous positions at Redemaq include Especialista em serviços and Analista de Garantia, focusing on equipment warranty issues and post-sales management. Rafael began their career as a Mecânico, specializing in agricultural machinery and implements. Prior to Redemaq, Rafael worked as Analista de Sistemas at Eletroeste Tecnologia e Automação, developing firmware and conducting tests. Rafael holds a degree in Tecnico Automaçao Industrial from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria and a Técnico em Informática from SENAC, along with a recent educational experience at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
