Levi Fernandez has a diverse range of work experience. Levi is currently working as the Head of Impact at Redemption Roasters since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a Board Member at For Change Co. from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they focused on empowering young people at-risk of homelessness by providing them with opportunities for employment, education, and community support. Levi also worked in partnership management at ygap from 2018 to 2019 and represented Australia as a delegate at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance in 2018. Earlier in their career, Levi worked as a Personal Support Worker at the National Disability Insurance Agency in 2017 and as a Brand Strategist intern at The Lab Insight & Strategy from 2017 to 2017.

Levi Fernandez completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology & Psychology from Monash University between 2015 and 2018. In 2020, they pursued a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact from Swinburne University of Technology. Levi attended Portland Place School from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their A-Level degree in Psychology, Economics, and Photography. Prior to that, they attended Wesley College from 2008 to 2010. Levi's education history does not include any additional certifications.
