Rosemary Ashworth

Rosemary Ashworth is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Impact at Redemption Roasters since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rosemary held various leadership positions at Smart Works Charity from May 2016 to October 2024, including Chief Operating Officer and Group Director of Programmes and Operations. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at OxFizz, where Rosemary progressed from Deputy Manager to Manager between 2012 and 2016. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Gender, Sexuality and Society from Birkbeck, University of London, and a module in South-East Asian Cosmopolitan Urbanism from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, Rosemary completed the Clore Social Leadership Emerging Leader program in 2021.
