Bill Sullivan is the Vice Chair at Redesign Health. Bill was previously the Vice President, Strategy & Development at The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) from January 2011 to August 2013. Bill was responsible for designing the future state of a business model that provides energy assistance to low income households in Michigan while promoting independence of energy use to the resident. Bill managed the internal departments of fund development, grants, marketing and branding. Bill also maintained and developed key strategic partnerships.
Under Bill's leadership, THAW was able to reduce their reliance on government grants from 85% to 60% by diversifying and increasing revenues. Bill also decreased customer reliance on utility ratepayer support effectively reducing utility shutoffs, empowering energy users to manage consumption and remain current on bills through the successful leadership of publically supported social innovation strategies.
Bill Sullivan has a MA in Investigative Psychology from Norwich University and a BS in Investigative Psychology from The Union Institute. Bill has worked in the fields of psychology, criminology, and forensics for many years and is currently a professor at Norwich University.
