Teresa Lakes, M.Ed, currently serves as a Senior Training Specialist at the Nevada National Security Site, focusing on developing courses for FEMA and other national training divisions. In addition, Teresa is the Owner and Business Strategist of Redesign to Align, where business consulting services are provided to startups and established businesses. Previous experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer for Navarro Research and Engineering and multiple positions within the Learning and Development department at ARIA Resort & Casino. Teresa began a career as an Executive Assistant at Bellagio and holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Furthermore, Teresa has received certification as a Section 508 Trusted Tester from the Department of Homeland Security.
