Craig Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Craig is currently working as a Field CTO at The Redesign Group. In 2023, Craig also co-founded Presales Alliance, a Presales Community aimed at connecting, growing, and scaling careers in a MasterMind group setting. Prior to their current roles, Craig held positions at Dell Technologies as a Sr Manager and Manager in Solutions Engineering, at SIGMAnet as a Principal Consultant in DC Cloud Solutions, at Amazon Web Services as a Sr. Solutions Architect, at EMC Corporation as a Sr. Technical Consultant, at DynTek as a Senior Consultant, at ACS as a Distributed Systems Engineering Lead, at Encore Credit Corporation as an Operations Supervisor, and at Synegi, Inc as a Sr. Systems Engineer with a focus on Disaster Recovery and Backup/Recovery services. Craig has a strong background in technology solutions and a proven track record of success in various leadership and technical roles.

Craig Hughes attended Cypress College starting in 1998, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In addition to their college education, they also obtained various certifications, including "Generative AI Fundamentals" from Google in 2023, "AWS Certified Solutions Architect" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2014, "McChrystal Group Leadership Training" from the McChrystal Group, and "VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV)" from VMware.
