Igor Silveira

Igor Silveira is an experienced journalist with a career spanning over a decade in Brazilian television. Currently serving as Chefe de Pauta and previously as Subchefe de Pauta at RedeTV! since December 2014, Igor specializes in the editorial and production of news segments for RedeTV News!, along with fact-checking and establishing crucial media contacts. Prior roles include Producer of journalism at Record TV, where responsibilities included producing content for Programa Balanço Geral da Tarde, and freelance production and reporting at RIT - Rede Internacional de Televisão, covering significant news events. Igor’s earlier experience includes various positions at RedeTV! and Rede Bandeirantes de Televisão, contributing to major news coverage and events such as elections and international visits. Igor holds a degree in Journalism from Universidade São Marcos, attained from 2004 to 2008.
