Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith, P.E., LEED AP is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Enel North America since February 2023. Previously, Ashley held the position of Director of Development at Dakota Power Partners and was a Project Manager at Noble Midstream Partners LP, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple midstream capital projects in the DJ Basin. Ashley's background also includes project management roles at CH2M, managing significant engineering projects in Canada, as well as experience as a Project Engineer and various leadership roles at PCL Construction. Prior to a career in engineering, Ashley played professional softball with the Philadelphia Force. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
