Larson Baker's work experience begins with the role of a Ski Patrol at Copper Mountain Resort, where they responded to on-mountain accidents and completed the 100-hour Outdoor Emergency Care Course. Larson then worked as a Construction Laborer at Old Greenwich Builders, where they constructed and remodeled 11 luxury homes across the Denver-Metro Area and ensured client satisfaction. As a Ski Instructor at Sunlight Ski & Ride School, they taught ski and snowboard lessons to kids and adults and maintained the terrain park. Larson then served as a Wealth Management Intern at RMB Capital, where they produced a capstone project, developed a retirement planning presentation, and researched trust structure. At Industria Partners, they worked as a Marketing Consultant and an Energy Transition and Decarbonization Intern. In their most recent role, they joined Redeux Energy as an Energy Market Analyst.

Larson Baker attended Colorado Academy from 2014 to 2018 for an unknown degree and field of study. In 2016, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Cantabria. From 2018 to 2022, Larson attended Colorado College and obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies. In October 2020, Larson received a Certificate of Completion in Business Organization and Management from Colorado College.
