Boris De Mulder has a strong background in real estate investment and finance. Boris started their career as a Consultant in the Corporate Finance Advisory team at Deloitte from 2013 to 2016. Boris then became a Founding Member of Talk Real Estate VZW in 2015. Following this, they joined Redevco as a Transaction Analyst in 2016. Boris worked their way up to Transaction Manager, where they successfully managed investment and divestment opportunities in Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Investment Manager at Redevco, responsible for managing two funds with a total value of €4.5 billion across Europe. Currently, Boris serves as the Director of Business Development at Redevco, where they play a pivotal role in executing fund strategies and collaborating with various teams.

Boris De Mulder earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2010. Boris then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the same institution in 2012. In 2015, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate from KU Leuven. Boris De Mulder is also a Level 3 candidate for the CFA Institute, with the exam scheduled for June 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built Environment from the University of Cambridge in December 2022. Boris De Mulder has additional certifications, including CFA Level II in 2018 and CFA Level I in 2017, both from the CFA Institute.
