Martijn Horsman is a Sustainable Development Manager at Redevco since June 2022, focusing on decarbonizing assets to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2040, emphasizing circular economy principles and carbon impact analysis. Previously, Martijn served as a Strategic Sustainability Advisor at Royal Schiphol Group from 2007 to June 2022, managing the transition to a circular economy and leading initiatives towards zero waste and emissions. Martijn was a member of the Task Force Circular Economy and held the Sr Project Manager role, overseeing various real estate projects. Additional experience includes serving as a Circular Economy Ambassador at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and project manager roles in commercial real estate at mahler4 and DVP. Martijn holds a Sustainable Leadership certificate from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Architecture from Delft University of Technology.
