Susana Lorenzo de la Orden has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Susana currently holds the position of CIO & Human Resources Director at Redexis. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone as a CIO and was responsible for H.O. IT Transformation Program. Before joining Vodafone, Susana worked at ONO, where they held various roles including Business Application Director, OS & Network Management Director, and OSS Service Fulfillment & Assurance Manager. Susana started their career at Alcatel as an engineer and spent over a decade with the company.

Susana Lorenzo de la Orden pursued a Master's degree in Telematics and Communication from 1986 to 1992 at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
