Caracol Haley

Caracol Haley is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, project management, and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as an Associate HR Business Partner at Redfin since August 2021, Caracol has previously held roles such as HR Project Specialist and HR Operations Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Coordinator at Cardno International Development from February 2020 to July 2021, as well as serving as a Volunteer Coordinator for Architects Without Borders Seattle, where responsibilities involved managing volunteer interest requests and understanding volunteer roles. Earlier experience at Oberlin College included roles as a Teaching Assistant and Writing Associate, providing support to students in a Rhetoric class and assisting with paper revisions.
