Chris Nielsen

Chris Nielsen is the current Chief Financial Officer at Redfin. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Zappos Family of Companies from September 2010 to June 2013. Chris has also held positions at Amazon.com and Bain & Company. Chris started their career at Accenture in August 1989 and spent five years there before moving on to other opportunities.

Chris Nielsen pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the MIT Sloan School of Management after completing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University.

They work with Adam Wiener - President, Real Estate Operations, Jon Ziglar - CEO, RentPath, and Jani Strand - SVP, Communcations. Chris Nielsen reports to Glenn Kelman, CEO. A direct report to Chris Nielsen is and Taylor Marr - Senior Economist.
