Naman Chimnani

Naman Chimnani is a Software Development Engineer at Redfin since July 2021, focusing on building a renovation management system and currently enhancing the developer experience on a platform team. Prior experience includes serving as Head Teaching Assistant for Data Structures and Algorithms at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, managing a team of 15 TAs and conducting weekly labs for large groups of students. Naman also worked as a Data Engineering Intern at DoubleVerify, where a streaming ETL pipeline was implemented, and team velocity was improved. Additional roles include a Research Assistant at New York University, where data collection on cognitive tasks was engineered, and an Intern with UN Environment, assisting in a blockchain-based system development. Naman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from New York University and completed high school in Science at The Heritage School in Delhi.
