Steven Sirianni

Steven Sirianni currently serves as the Manager of Licensing & Compliance at Redfin, where responsibilities include researching state licensing laws and managing a team of 12 licensing coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding of new real estate licensees. With experience spanning various roles at Redfin, including Licensing & Compliance Lead and Specialist, Steven has also gained valuable experience at The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter as an Employment Specialist, where program management and career counseling for youth with disabilities were key duties. Earlier professional activities included working as a Freelance Filmmaker. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media Production from SUNY New Paltz.
