Matt Leedham

Matt Leedham is an accomplished Executive Search Partner with over 30 years of experience in private equity and business services. Currently serving as a Partner at Redgrave since February 2019, Matt specializes in board-level searches and team acquisitions within private capital and real estate sectors. Previously, Matt was the Managing Partner at Maven Partners, leading the Financial Officers and Financial Advisory practices. Matt's career began at Deloitte and included a significant role at Page Executive as Regional Managing Director, where Matt focused on recruiting senior-level hires across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Oceanography from the University of Southampton, along with a strong foundation in geography and behavioral sciences. Additionally, Matt was an active player for the Southampton University Hockey team.
