Monica Doherty

Monica Doherty serves as Principal in the Real Estate Practice at Redgrave since September 2021, leading executive search assignments across the built environment for both private and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Principal in the Real Estate team at Granger Reis from October 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading executive board and director searches in various sectors such as Affordable Housing and Build To Rent. Monica's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Edward Drummond & Co, focusing on director-level searches for housebuilders and private developers, as well as a director at Puerto Banus Holidays Ltd., where a successful property rentals business was established. Monica's career began at Kelly Services, where responsibilities included recruitment management and staff development, followed by a role as Senior Branch Manager for Adecco, managing a significant branch in Bristol.
