Amanda is a talented litigation attorney with over a decade of experience in information law matters. She utilizes her extensive eDiscovery background to advise clients on developing litigation hold processes, negotiating eDiscovery protocols, responding to eDiscovery requests, and resolving privilege disputes. Amanda strategically counsels her clients on issues including the identification, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigations and investigations across multiple countries. She is also skilled at managing large-scale review projects, including the coordination of data collection, management of document review and production, and preparation of privilege logs. She has significant experience with the Relativity review platform.
