Aubrey Roeder

Aubrey Roeder began working as a Full Time Manager at rue21 in March 2016. After working there for just over a year, Aubrey became a Supervisor at Charlotte Russe in June 2017. In January 2018, Aubrey transitioned to a Sales Lead role at The Buckle, Inc. and later became a Store Manager at Claire's in November 2018. Aubrey then worked as a Supervisor at Bath & Body Works from June 2019 to February 2020 before becoming an Assistant Manager at maurices in March 2020. Aubrey left maurices in February 2021 and joined Bling Glamour as a New Store Coordinator in February 2021. Currently, Aubrey is employed as a Human Capital Intern at RedGuard, having joined in January 2022. Aubrey has since been promoted to the role of Human Capital Recruiting Coordinator at RedGuard in April 2022.

Aubrey Roeder's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Leadership and Human Resources from Friends University, which was obtained in 2024. Prior to that, Aubrey attended Eisenhower High School from 2012 to 2016. Aubrey continued their education at Friends University and earned a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership, which is expected to be completed by 2025. Apart from formal education, Aubrey has also obtained additional certifications, such as Microsoft Office and Recruiting: Talent Acquisition and Hiring from Udemy in January 2022. Furthermore, Aubrey holds a Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate from The Predictive Index, obtained in June 2023.
