Denis McCarthy

Denis McCarthy currently serves as a Public Sector Channel Sales Manager at Red Hat, a position held since May 2016. Prior to this role, Denis worked as a Business Manager at Iron Bow Technologies from October 2011 to February 2016 and held research positions at both the Financial Services Innovation Centre and University College Cork from March 2009 to September 2011. Earlier experience includes IT support at Cara Partners and a role as a Build Process Engineer at EMC in 2006. Denis began a career in quality assurance as the Lead QA Engineer at Clockworks International from 2000 to 2002. Academically, Denis holds a Master's degree in Business Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University College Cork, along with a Computing Certificate from Griffith College Dublin and a Diploma in Business Management from Cork College of Commerce.
