Elizabeth Gabster

Elizabeth Gabster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, consulting, and value advisory across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Business Value Practice EMEA at Red Hat since July 2023, Elizabeth previously held multiple leadership roles at Optimizely from July 2019 to June 2023, including Senior Director & Regional Vice President for EMEA, where management of Value Consultants and strategic advisory for high-profile customers were key responsibilities. Prior to Optimizely, Elizabeth worked at Google in roles focused on international growth strategy for enterprise clients and agency partnerships. Additional positions include management roles at PayPal and the Fulbright Commission, with consulting experience at INSEAD and The QED Group. Elizabeth holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from the University of Rochester.
