Felicia Watson

Felicia Watson is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Early Talent and Operations at Red Hat since September 2021. Prior to this role, Felicia held various positions at Cisco from February 2010 to May 2021, including Global Functions Program Manager/Chief of Staff and HR Business Partner, focusing on diversity recruitment strategies for university and military talent. Early in the career, Felicia gained experience in recruitment and candidate management through roles at Personified, United Airlines, and Cisco Systems. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, earned in 2005.
