Jola Pham

Jola Pham is a Principal Data Scientist at Red Hat since July 2019, leading machine learning modeling efforts for the Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA). Previously, Jola served as a Senior Data Scientist, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team to develop supervised machine learning models for product consumption predictions and collaborating on the implementation of MLOps solutions. Earlier experience as a Data Scientist involved applying various learning techniques to analyze customer behavior and contributing to ETL data pipelines. Prior roles include an Analytics Software Tester at SAS, a Business Analytics Intern at EventUp, and internships at PwC and The Will-Burt Company. Jola holds an MS in Analytics from the Institute for Advanced Analytics and a BA in Business Economics from The College of Wooster.
