Keigo N. has over a decade of extensive experience in technical account management and support, primarily at Red Hat since October 2012. In the current role as Senior Technical Account Manager and Team Lead, Keigo N. assists a diverse range of clients, including system integrators and cloud providers. Responsibilities include delivering troubleshooting sessions and providing L3 support for products such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenStack. Prior positions at Red Hat involved progressively responsible roles, delivering comprehensive support and leading local teams in servicing customers in Japanese. Before Red Hat, Keigo N. worked as a Technical Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, where project management for enterprise systems was a key focus.
