Kelly Switt

Kelly Switt serves as the Senior Director and Global Head of Intelligent Edge Business Development at Red Hat since June 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Director for Financial Services Industry Strategy, Ecosystem, and Strategic Partnerships. Switt is an IBM Industry Academy member and received the President's Award in 2021, with Red Hat being recognized as Partner of the Year by Temenos in 2022. Prior to Red Hat, Switt was the Senior Vice President and Reengineering Director at Citi, where managerial responsibilities included overseeing a multi-million dollar budget and achieving substantial cost transformation goals. Earlier roles held include Vice President positions at Bank of America focusing on regulatory transformation and mergers & acquisitions integration, and Assistant Vice President at HSBC, where impactful process improvements were implemented in the mortgage sector. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration from Elmhurst University and a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
