Kyndall Dysard Garrett

Kyndall DySard Garrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, user experience design, and communications. Currently serving in Change Management & Communications at Red Hat since March 2021, Kyndall develops strategies for global policy adoption while conducting impact analyses and facilitating key communications. Previously, Kyndall held roles such as User Experience Designer and Analytics Communications Specialist at Red Hat, where contributions included stakeholder engagement, user research, and data visualization design. Prior experience includes client success at Reunion Marketing, project management with Haitian Heritage & Friends of Haiti, and leadership roles in student media at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Kyndall holds a Master's degree in Interactive Media from Elon University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from UNC Wilmington.
