Lalatendu Mohanty is a Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead at Red Hat since December 2012, specializing in the Operator lifecycle manager (OLM) team with a focus on OpenShift and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of the core OpenShift update process, along with enhancing OpenShift upgrades through architectural design and coding. Previous roles include Associate Manager in Software Engineering, where Lalatendu contributed to initiatives like Code Ready Containers and the Container Development Kit, and Senior Software Engineer leading the development of Red Hat CDK. Prior experience encompasses contributions to the CentOS Project and Fedora Project, as well as quality assurance roles at Calsoft and Patni Computer Systems. Lalatendu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from KIIT and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
