Roger Heslop

Roger Heslop has extensive experience in technical writing and support, currently serving as a Principal Technical Writer at Red Hat since November 2015, with prior roles including Senior Technical Writer, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. At Dell from January 2007 to November 2015, Roger held positions such as Master Prosupport Engineer (Advisor) and Senior Prosupport Engineer (Advisor). Earlier career experience includes roles at Best Buy as a Computer Technician and with the US Army as a Transmission Systems Operator. Roger holds a BA in Computer Systems from American InterContinental University and an AAS in General Education from Pierce College.
