Roxanne Hoover

Roxanne Hoover is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Global Product Engineering at Red Hat, where they evaluate and improve organizational efficiency and serve as a liaison between engineering and external stakeholders. With a rich background in design and user experience, Roxanne has held various roles including Principal Designer at Mainline Information Systems and Senior Visual Interface Designer at BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina. Roxanne began their career as a Multimedia Specialist at Parata Systems and has developed a strong focus on mentoring and fostering individual growth throughout their career. They hold a BFA in New Media Design and an MS in Print Media, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and are pursuing an AAS in Graphic Design from the same institution.
